Congress takes a breather

Pity your poor, hardworking congressman. Sorry, congressperson. They are about to take off for their annual month-long five-week summer "recess". I know what you're thinking: how do they get a five week taxpayer-funded vacation? Simple: they give themselves one! Every year. At your expense. And actually, that's just their summer vacation.
