The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee is reportedly scheduled to vote on S.787, the "Clean Water Restoration Act" on May 14th. You may wish to contact your Senators to inform them of your opinion on this (latest) assault on property rights, because with the power grabby Dems in control, we shouldn't be surprised if and when this gets out of committee and goes before the full Senate for a vote.
